Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

To begin a return, please contact us at IAMSOAPCOLLC@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product so we can make it right.

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on used soaps or opened products. We also do not accept returns on sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
