Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our studio within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Because each product is handcrafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during seasonal launches or high-volume periods.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow additional transit time during holidays or carrier delays.

I AM Soap Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at IAMSOAPCOLLC@gmail.com so we can assist you.
